Course Descriptions & Overview
20 Seer Inverter Heat Pumps
Technical training including Installation, Operation, Service & Trouble Shooting.
In this course, technicians will delve into the installation, start-up/charging, operation, and service procedures of Rheem’s 20 SEER inverters. The course ensures technicians understand the importance of proper charging for optimal system performance. Other topics of interest include components, RHMV air handler wiring, RCF coil wiring, and detailed service procedures.
Heat Pumps Single & Two Stage
Technical training including Installation, Operation, Service & Trouble Shooting.
The Rheem heat pumps course walks technicians through installing, servicing, and diagnosing single and two stage heat pump systems. Basic topics include location selection, refrigerant line sizing & installation, and evaporator coil installation. Advanced topics include proper charging procedures, defrost operations & diagnostics, and accessory purpose and operation.
IKONIC Condensing Tankless Gas Water Heater
This course will cover technical training on the IKONIC Condensing Tankless Gas Water Heater including installation, operation, service, maintenance & trouble shooting.
Session highlights include error code handling, Hot-start programming™ for back-to-back usage, and cross over valve use for non-dedicated return line. Other key agenda items include fuel conversion, venting options, installation of multiple units, condensate neutralizer and flow rates diagnostics.
ProTerra Hybrid Electric Water Heater
ProTerra Hybrid Electric Water Heater technical training includes Installation, operation, service & trouble shooting.
Session highlights include product design, a thorough; how it works, normal operation, and model differentiation. Also covered is operation and troubleshooting of model safety features along with warranty and warranty-related products.
Endeavor Update
An introduction to the Rheem® Endeavor™ Residential Heating & Cooling Solutions – 2023. Designed for experienced technicians and installers.
Training will cover changes and new features, 17 amended updates, product tiering, features & benefits, general matchups, apps, and control boards of the Endeavor Line, the RA16AZ air conditioner and RP15AZ & RP16AZ heat pumps.
CRTGH -3 Gas Tankless Water Heater
Technical training including Installation, Operation, Service & Trouble Shooting.
During this technical training session technicians will receive information to build knowledge of Key Features, the model line-up and the differences and similarities of the new CRTGH -3 from the Previous Model -2.
